These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the website operated by Web Valley Hub at https://webvalleyhub.click/ (the “Site”) and inquiries about our coaching services. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. Submitting a contact form, emailing us, or booking coaching constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any service-specific confirmation we send you in writing.
Services described on the Site
Descriptions of coaching offers, rates, and engagement paths are informational. They do not create a binding coaching contract until both parties confirm scope, dates, and fees in writing (email confirmation is sufficient). Pricing pages are not an offer of online checkout or payment processing.
Intellectual property
Text, visual design, logos, and downloadable materials on the Site belong to Web Valley Hub or their respective owners. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse Site content without prior written consent, except for fair personal reference while evaluating our services.
Working agreements, facilitation notes, and materials created during a paid engagement are handled under the separate coaching confirmation for that engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, you may use those materials internally within your organisation; you may not resell them as a public training product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit malicious content through forms, or use the Site to harass staff or impersonate others.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Web Valley Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or reliance on general information published here. Our total liability relating to Site use is limited to NT$3,000.
Coaching outcomes depend on team participation, organisational constraints, and client relationships outside our control. We do not guarantee velocity, revenue, or contractual results with your customers.
Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. Coaching services are delivered with reasonable professional care under the engagement confirmation.
Third-party links
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Tainan, Taiwan, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
