Delivery Health Assessment

Observe how work actually moves from request to client acceptance — then leave with a plain-language findings brief.

Purpose

Before committing to multi-week coaching, many delivery managers want a clear picture of where thrash starts: unclear intake, weak estimation assumptions, or reviews that hide unfinished work. This assessment answers that question with evidence from your real ceremonies.

What happens

We attend planning, one refinement, daily coordination samples, and a sprint review. Interviews stay short — thirty minutes with the delivery lead and two engineers. The closing workshop walks through findings and three recommended interventions ranked by effort.

Deliverable

A written findings brief (usually eight to twelve pages) covering backlog policy gaps, ceremony quality, handoff risks, and a suggested coaching scope if you continue with us.

Pricing

Fixed fee — see Rates. The assessment fee can be credited toward a flagship coaching engagement started within sixty days.
