Agile Delivery Coaching
A multi-week coaching engagement embedded with your software service team — planning, coordination, and release reviews under real client load.
Who this is for
Software service teams that deliver under client contracts — managed services, product support, or project crews — where sales commitments, engineering capacity, and acceptance criteria drift apart mid-sprint. You already know agile vocabulary. You need coaching that changes how planning and handoffs actually run.
Result you should expect
By the end of the engagement, your leads can run planning and review without us in the room: a written backlog intake policy, a Definition of Done the client can recognise, facilitation patterns for estimation disagreements, and a cadence that protects focus time when change requests arrive.
What is included
- Kickoff with delivery manager and one client-facing lead to map current cadence and pain points
- Two on-site coaching days most weeks in Tainan (or equivalent remote blocks if travel is impractical)
- Live coaching during planning, refinement, daily coordination, and sprint review — not private lectures after the fact
- Written working agreements the team owns and can revise
- Mid-engagement checkpoint with sponsorship stakeholders
- Closing handoff session with a short continuation plan for the next two sprints
What is excluded
- Writing production code or taking tickets for the team
- Replacing your Scrum Master or delivery manager as the accountable lead
- Tool migrations, vendor selection, or license procurement
- Guaranteed velocity increases or contractual SLA renegotiation with your clients
Provider
A single named coach from Web Valley Hub stays with your squad for the full arc. We do not rotate anonymous facilitators week to week.
Process
- Discovery call — team size, client mix, current ceremony set, and constraints.
- Observation week — coach attends existing rituals without redesigning them yet.
- Intervention weeks — co-facilitate, then gradually hand facilitation back.
- Stabilise — team runs ceremonies; coach observes and corrects.
- Close — document agreements and schedule an optional follow-up check-in.
Preparation
Share your current sprint board access (read-only is enough at first), a sample statement of work or acceptance pack, and the names of people who can change process without a committee. Protect coach-facing calendar blocks before day one.
Constraints
Best fit for one primary squad. Multi-squad programmes need a separate scoping conversation. Coaching language is English; Mandarin support for stakeholder summaries can be arranged when noted at booking.
Pricing basis
Engagement fee scaled by team size and on-site days. See Rates for starting figures. A deposit holds the start date; unused remote sessions are not rolled into unrelated consulting.
