Informational pricing for coaching engagements — scope, team size, and on-site days still shape the final figure.
Pricing reflects human coaching time, not software seats. Figures below are starting points in New Taiwan Dollars. Final quotes follow a short scoping conversation.
Agile Delivery Coaching (flagship)
From NT$186,000 for a six-week engagement with a squad of up to eight, including two on-site days most weeks in Tainan.
Larger teams, extra on-site days, or an eight-to-ten-week arc increase the fee. Travel outside Greater Tainan is itemised separately when required.
Delivery Health Assessment
NT$42,000 fixed for the two-week observation and findings workshop. Credited in full toward a flagship engagement started within sixty days of the assessment close.
Sprint Facilitation Coaching
From NT$14,800 per coaching day across three or four consecutive sprints. A sprint typically includes one planning or review day plus a short debrief.
Delivery Leadership Coaching
- Six-session pack: NT$36,000 (sixty-minute sessions)
- Monthly retainer: from NT$22,000 for two sessions per month, with brief email check-ins between sessions
Team Reset Workshop
From NT$58,000 for two facilitated days for up to ten people. Venue hire in Tainan is added when we host; client-site workshops omit that line.

Deposits
A 30% deposit holds the start date for engagements and workshops. Session packs are paid before the first meeting. See Refunds for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
